To use RNC Chauffeur Service, you must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain its accuracy.
RNC provides luxury ground transportation services across Los Angeles County and Orange County, including hourly, daily, weekly chauffeur service, and self-drive car rentals. Service availability may vary based on vehicle type, date, and location. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue offerings without notice.
All bookings must be made through our website, mobile application, or via our customer service line. At the time of booking, a valid credit card is required. Full payment is processed upon confirmation unless otherwise arranged through an authorized corporate or diplomatic agreement. You authorize RNC to charge the total cost, including any applicable taxes, tolls, waiting time, parking, and other fees incurred during the ride.
Cancellations for standard rides must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. For full-day and weekly bookings, cancellations must be made at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during your ride. Passengers may not smoke, consume illegal substances, or behave in a manner that endangers the chauffeur or other passengers. RNC reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if misconduct occurs. You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from the actual arrival time. All other bookings include a 15-minute grace period. Beyond these windows, additional waiting fees will apply. RNC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or unforeseen incidents.
While we strive to provide the exact vehicle selected during booking, specific models may be substituted based on availability. All vehicles are luxury-class, regularly inspected, and insured. RNC cannot guarantee the availability of a particular make or model but ensures all substitutes will meet or exceed service standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RNC Chauffeur Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, delays, or service interruptions. Our total liability in any matter arising out of the use of our Services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the affected booking.
All content on our website and platforms—including but not limited to the RNC logo, design, images, and text—is owned by or licensed to RNC Chauffeur Service. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or misuse of our platform. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing to use our platform.
RNC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of the Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
